Mr. Devine received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The State University of New York at Stony Brook. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the prestigious University of Virginia School of Law. After practicing as a litigation associate at Dickstein, Shapiro & Morin in Washington, D.C., Mr. Devine joined the Fairfax Public Defender's Office in 1991. He entered private practice in 1995. As an advocate committed to the defense of the accused, Mr. Devine has conducted over seventy-five jury trials, and represented clients charged with offenses ranging from traffic tickets to murder. |
