- Interstate 66 to Exit 60: "Fairfax/Vienna."
- Bear left on the exit ramp toward Fairfax.
- Merge onto Chain Bridge Road.
- Stay on Chain Bridge Road past intersection with Route 50, past S-curve, through downtown Fairfax City.
- Pass one-story brick Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court on your right.
- Pass ten-story Massey Building on your right.
- Pass five-story Judicial Center on your right.
- Just past the Judicial Center, turn right onto Judicial Drive (there is a Red Hot & Blue restaurant on the corner).
- Continue for a half-mile.
- Devine & Connell, P.L.C. is on the left, at the corner of Judicial Drive and Jones Street
- Before the road turns to the right, turn left into our parking lot.
- The door is around back.

- Interstate 95 to Exit 160.
- At Exit 160, take Route 123 North.
- Stay on Route 123 North for approximately 10 miles.
- Just before the Judicial Center, turn left onto Judicial Drive (there is a Red Hot & Blue restaurant on the corner).
- Continue for a half-mile.
- Devine & Connell, P.L.C. is on the left, at the corner of Judicial Drive and Jones Street
- Before the road turns to the right, turn left into our parking lot.
- The door is around back.
